About the event
Join Dr. Raven Sinclair (she/her) for a powerful workshop exploring the impacts of colonialism, racism, and historical trauma on our physiology, relationships, and communication.
The day will focus on lateral violence within communities, its roots in systemic oppression, and begin the work of building personal wellness bundles.
This workshop is designed to be interactive, reflective, and educational.
Together, we can begin the journey of reflection, resilience, and strength through understanding and shared action. Dr. Raven will also be hosting a second day to book one on one sessions to dive deeper. A sign-up sheet will be available at the workshop.
The day will open up with Anishnaabe Knowledge Keeper, Mary Anne Caibaiosai. Catered Lunch provided.
This event is PWYC and open to self-identifying Indigenous Peoples. We ask that if possible, you consider a minimum donation of $100 to support this professional development opportunity. Tax receipts and regular receipts can be issued.…
